At Connected Roots Teletherapy LLC, I believe that clarity around fees is a cornerstone of ethical, trusting care. All services with Veronica Deglman, LMFT are offered via private pay teletherapy for clients located in Minnesota, so you always know what to expect before we begin.
Session Rates
Below are the current private pay fees for teletherapy sessions with Connected Roots Teletherapy LLC.
Intake / Diagnostic Assessment (DA)
$200.00
This first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy.
Individual Therapy
$150.00 per 53–55 minute session
One-on-one teletherapy focused on your unique needs, strengths, and healing at your own pace.
Couples Therapy
$175.00 per 53–55 minute session
Support for partners seeking to improve communication, repair disconnection, and strengthen their relationship.
Family Therapy
$200.00 per 53–55 minute session
Therapy for families navigating life transitions, conflict, or patterns that feel stuck and difficult to change.
Payment & Insurance
Connected Roots Teletherapy LLC is currently private pay only. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be discussed and confirmed during the intake process.
Insurance billing is not yet available, but may be added in the future. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company. Upon request, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate & Your Rights
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the anticipated cost of your care. This estimate outlines expected charges for services when you do not have insurance or are not using insurance for your sessions.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling or during the course of your work with me. I am committed to discussing fees openly so you can make informed decisions about your mental health care.
